Albertsons Companies supports The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657) and, as required by that law, posts on-line a description of our efforts to assure that human trafficking and slavery have been eliminated from our supply chain. We have and continue to actively engage our employees and suppliers in order to address the issue of human trafficking and to collaborate on finding solutions. The goal of this survey is to create a more transparent, sustainable, and responsible supply chain that is free of labor abuses.

As a condition of doing business with Albertsons Companies, all suppliers are required to fill out the below SB 657 survey on Human Trafficking and Slavery to certify that the materials incorporated into the merchandise they supply Albertsons Companies comply with applicable laws and standards regarding slavery and human trafficking. It is expected that all suppliers answer all questions truthfully and thoroughly.

This survey must be completed and submitted to Albertsons Companies (in accordance with instructions) within thirty (30) days after you receive it.

The following questions are crucial to conducting an accurate analysis of human trafficking/slavery risk in supply chains. Please answer the questions as completely as possible. Only include policies, processes and programs that are currently effective when answering the initial Yes/No question in this section.
